Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene strips are securely attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
